Nach dem 2. Versuch da jemand zu erreichen hat es mir gereicht! Jedesmal kommt ein Ticket wo es heisst „wir melden uns innerhalb 48h. Fakt ist; die Gehrungs/Kappsäge kam in einem sehr schlechten Zustand daher; die Führung auf den Schienen liess sich kaum ohne grossem Kraftaufwand bewegen. Die Maschine arbeitet sehr ungenau, die Winkeleinstellungen muss man lange anpassen um ein vernünftiges Ergebnis zu erhalten. Am meisten ärgert mich der Kundensupport, welcher sich nicht wie abgemacht meldet!

I like everything about this saw. It’s great for trim work. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t get another battery. One is not enough once it dies you have to wait for it to charge. It should come with two. I reach out to Vevor and no one could help me get another battery.

The power and ease of use are great; the one thing I'm not happy about is the accuracy. The built-in hard stops are off by quite a bit. My 90-degree stop is 2 degrees off, so I have to offset it, and when I screw it in to try and hold it there, it wants to slide over to its hard spot.

Good saw/Crappy Customer Service. Some parts were damaged and some were missing. Contacted Support but all I received were emails sayin that they would investigate the issue. Never received missing part. Doesn't affect operation but it still is a bad look for your brand when your Support is lacking. Word has a way of getting out...

Arrived completely beat up. The box was torn to shreds, and the styrofoam was in cumbles. I checked and the saw seemed pretty good, but as soon as I started cutting I realized the entire system was out of alignment, with not one square edge showing up on my piece. I am very unsatisfied with this purchase, and will not be buying again. I am hoping they will let me return it.

Miter saw is garbage service is non- existent after numerous attempts to resole problem i assume they are waiting for the 45 day return policy to expire.

Did not come with multi tool is was supposed to come with as well as the nut for changing out the saw blade was incrediblly too tight. I’ve had my saw for 2 weeks and it still has not came off

The saw was working fine for around 9 cuts and then the saw blade brake stopped working completely. It takes a monument for the blade to come to a stop. I am waiting on Vevor to I get back to me on how they will resolve the issue. But in the meantime I am without what I just paid for and needed for a project.
