I know it's a cheese cutter, but that is not how I am using it. I saw online it was good for cutting blocks of Spam. I do not eat Spam, but I do eat a lot of Scrapple, which also comes in blocks but is a bit softer than Spam. I am cutting them in 3/4" thick slices. This is good, because when you grill Scrapple, it shrinks about 1/8" or a little more. I usually end of with a little over 1/2" slices grilled. It comes out perfect. Also, the product is extremely easy to clean after slicing.

Today I cubed 72kg of cheese with no hand pain this device is a wonderful painsaver.

I own a catering business. We had to build charcuterie appetizers for over 300 people and this tool saved us! This makes cutting cheese feel like you're actually cutting butter...that smooth!! Only trick is to learn how to slice and then switch your cheese to cut small squares. Not difficult at all! Love love this tool!

A great tool in the kitchen has come in handy for charcuterie boards and cutting up cheese for my bread loaves

The product is very nice. I wish the slices were thinner. Unfortunately there is no way to purchase a smaller piece to fit the stand. That would be an excellent addition and or availability.

This cheese cutter has been every bit as good as the $300-400 ones we used to get from Nemco. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again!

Perfect for what I need it for

This is a quality product and slices through cheese like butter............................... Great price and super fast shipping.

I've used it to cut all sorts of cheeses. It works very well. I'm planning to use it for cutting fruit and vegetables for my dehydrator and freeze dryer Ready-to-Eat Meals (for camping and hiking).

I am satisfied with my new cheese cutter but I am extremely disappointed that the cheese slices are so wide and that there is no provision to order a thinner cheese slicer plate. The cheese slices are way too wide for a sandwich.
