I'm very pleasantly surprised with the unit. I didn't have much expectations, but the unit has impressed me so far. I pulled over 70+ recoveries on with this unit without issues.

It was working great for six months then the motor stalled, no instructions on how to service it!

The product itself appears to be in excellent condition and arrived complete. However, the buying experience was one of the most frustrating online purchases I’ve had. My original shipment was not the refrigerant recovery machine I ordered. Instead, I received someone else’s Toyota RAV4 side mirror due to a warehouse shipping error. From there, I had to do most of the work myself. I contacted customer service multiple times, searched for a solution on my own, filed a product protection claim myself because no one directed me to it, returned the incorrect item through FedEx, and spent days following up before a replacement was finally sent. The replacement eventually arrived, and I appreciate that the mistake was corrected. However, customer service relies heavily on repetitive email responses, and the lack of a direct phone number made resolving a simple warehouse mistake much more difficult than it needed to be. The product deserves a good rating. The customer service experience does not. I hope VEVOR improves its shipping quality control and offers customers a way to speak with a real person when problems like this occur. Receiving the correct product should not require detective work.

Disappointed — Tank and Recovery Machine Are Not Compatible I spent over $600 on a brand-new VEVOR recovery machine and recovery tank, expecting the two products to be compatible. Unfortunately, the tank did not come with the two brass adapters needed, and I cannot even use the OFP (overfill protection) cable that came with the recovery machine. The tank has a large two-prong male connection, while the supplied OFP cable has a smaller three-prong female connection. There is no way to connect the two as supplied. For the amount of money spent, I should not have to hunt down missing adapters or figure out how to make two brand-new products from the same manufacturer work together. If VEVOR sells these products for use as part of the same refrigerant recovery setup, the necessary fittings and compatible OFP connection should either be included or clearly identified before purchase. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a complete, compatible setup for over $600.

I haven't been able to use it! It arrived damaged and almost a month later they haven't returned it! Worst vevor purchase EVER. Nobody will reach out to you if there is an issue, I really want to say it's AI answering. $600 paper weight.
