La machine est arrivée endommagé, Et il est impossible de se faire rembourser ou de changer la machine. Déçu du service après-vente, les chances que je rachète chez VEVOR sont mince

This product was defective upon receiving it. I do not know if this is the case for alot of these items. The quality is sub par for sure. Feeding bracket did not line up with blade or even the gears to pull it through. It was always crooked when fed through.

Had issue where original order got lost in shipping, instead of being able to call and talk to someone on the phone I had to talk to AI over text. They made me wait for 2 weeks past estimated delivery date to address the shipping issue. Instead of just sending another one they gave me a refund and made me buy another one which was more expensive than the original order because I lost my welcome discount. After I ordered the second one it took a lot of adjusting to get it to work correctly and is still mediocre. - Customer service sucks - Product works alright but is mediocre at best

Have not used. Also no operating manual or parts list. Wrong replacement blades shown as also to buy and can’t find replacement blades on site

Complètement inutilisable pour dénuder les fils de 1.5 jusqu'à 3 mm (la majorité des sections que je souhaite dénuder), donc ça va finir sur une étagère.... très déçu par cette machine.

This machine either blew the capacitors or the motor went to earth after 4 hours of light work, emailed supplier no response. Very disappointed but needed to completed job so had to order and buy another, The second one worked great but still cost me double. No support chasing spares or warranty

Mine stopped working after a short amount of time.

dose not work with stain small wire ,lots of adjusting on larger wire , wire wants to jump off track and go between the cutter wheel and side of unit.
