I love the way it cleans,but if run on high the battery doesn't last long about twenty minutes, and takes almost all day to charge .Love the machine, hate the battery

I ordered this unit and the power cord and tools were missing. I contacted customer support and was given an option for a $47.00 refund I.. and keep the remaining items. Without the power cord to charge the unit I can't use the product... I said "no" send me a new unit and I will ship the old one back..... after going through nauseating back and forth, photos and video request they agreed to send a new unit... this has been going for more than a month. they agreed to send a new replacement. never came. I then get a email said that the warehouse doesn't have the product. they offered me $74.00 because it had been so long I said yes to refund.... I didn't realize at the time I paid $93.00........ can you believe they give you less than you paid? how can this be fair? this company has no repair or replacement parts. they want to give you a partial refund to shut you up.

So dissatisfied. Worked great for two weeks and then it was giving me a no load protection error. My only option is to contact sales for services or repair 🫤

It has quit working with an error 2 after a month

Junk, head flops around like a broken dolls neck and after one charge and use it comes back with an E1 code. Which identifies that it can’t pull vacuum, that is not correct it does have vacuum THE BATTERY WONT CHARGE ! Reaching customer service is a hassle and it is probably easier to get your cc company to reverse the charges. Know what you’re buying, nothing is special, the price = the quality… so the old American saying holds true, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Let’s see how long this post stays up!

This vacuume was worthless. It did not lick up the dirt just left lines on the floor where it swept it. I had to disconnect the head and use it with no attachments and it still did not suck hard enough. I tried for a week and put it in the dumpster

Do not buy this. It has very poor battery life and suction. I reached out to Vevor re: the issue and I wanted to return for a refund and they refused. Don't be like me and waste your money and be stuck with a product that does not work. Its very poor quality and even worse customer service.

The vevor vacuum looked and was pushed like it was going to be the best thing ever but it truly isn't it doesn't suck as strong as it is advertised and the battery will not hold for me to vacuum 2 rooms in my house. Very disappointed
