Liner lasted less than 3 months and the seam came apart. I PAID FOR 3 YEAR WARRANTY, now they won't honor the warranty and are making me jump through hoops. I've emailed them several times sending picture and video and they're still asking for things that have nothing to do with a pool liner. Now they're saying I have 24 hours to respond or it's considered closed, even though I've responded twice. I just want a replacement. I paid for the liner and I paid for the warranty, now they're trying to scam me.

Fatal, perdía por todas partes, venía agujereada y como dada de si y aún no me han gestionado la reclamación ni el reembolso, no lo compréis porque además es muy muy fina comparada con el liner que venía en la piscina. Pongo solo algunos de los agujeros que traía porque si tengo que subir todos me borran la cuenta

I was sent the wrong size and now I’m in the return/exchange process. Which isn’t exactly quick and easy. Disappointed after hiring two people to install it for me only to have them find out it’s the wrong size. I had to pay them anyhow for the trip and time. Now I’m missing out on swimming for a couple weeks in the peak of summer. I’m sure hoping once I jump through all the return hoops that they are speedy with delivering the right size

Collin Poor quality caused pool damage and put children in danger
The quality of this liner is bad. The groove that holds the liner into place is not quality enough to stay in place. It came out of the track within a month and caused the water to drain and nearly injured our kids. No help from support so far
