This is a very solid machine! I am on the more aggressive end of use cases for this as it chills the water for a laser cutter running 18 hours a day in a hot Florida garage. I've had a couple others in the past and this one is by far the most quiet & capable of maintaining water temps

Quality - Well Made Packaging - very well protected Ease of Installation - Great Length of power cord - 7 out of 10 Now......there are two modes to the thermostat temperature setting. The first one they call " smart"., whereby it follows the room temperature and adjusts itself accordingly. The other would be the simple setting of set it to a specific temp and it would maintain that. I think the instructions were written in an Asian language, converted to Klingon, and then converted to English. I'm not stupid but trying to follow these instructions and the resulting readouts that follow on a too small screen is beyond frustrating. would i buy it again? only if it has a different ( read that intelligible ) thermostat in it.

I purchased this unit to cool the laser tube of my co2 laser, and so far is has worked flawlessly. The chiller pump s pretty much silent during operation only when the active cooling kicks in do I hear the unit running until the temperature is reduced. I wish the machine had a more thorough instruction manual but I was able to figure it out and it's working as described. I recommend.

Très mauvaise expérience avec VEVOR. J’ai acheté un chiller qui présente un défaut important dès les premières utilisations : il déclenche électriquement après quelques minutes, ce qui le rend inutilisable. J’ai contacté le support, mais aucune solution concrète ne m’a été proposée. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué ne fonctionne pas, et le SAV ne permet pas d’obtenir une prise en charge claire et rapide. Produit inutilisable, support inefficace, aucune vraie solution à ce stade. Je ne recommande pas.

Chiller does not work. Does not cool the water. Customer service is a joke. Typical response from a representative is the support staff needs 24 to 48 hours to respond. 48 comes and goes without any answers or support. I would avoid!
