Great product..great customer service..definitely would recommend to anyone to buy from this company!! Will be purchasing more items in the future!! Thank you

The door fit perfectly. Very easy to set up. I adapted it to incorporate the locking mechanism. I needed to add some additional insulation to stop the wind coming in but very easy to do. Looks like it was built like that when the house was first built. Excellent product. Would recommend this to anyone. Even if you’re not a handyman it’s really easy to do.

Exactly as described.. brilliant for my cavalier puppy to use the garden as he pleases.5 stars.

Kwaliteit product is zoals verwacht, alles correct en keurig op de voorgestelde tijd ontvangen. Perfecte service!

Excellent product, price and delivery. Very impressed. Price was way better than other places. Delivery time was super quick.

Produit conforme a la description et la taille XL convient parfaitement pour mon Husky/Berger Allemand.

Très facile à monter. Très pratique pour ma boxer qui n'a plus besoin de portier. Je recommande

The reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because there's nothing comparable at this price point. It's a very reasonable option for someone living in an apartment or condo thanks to how easy it is to install and remove for storage. It might be a good idea to take it down during the winter though, as it offers no insulation. The panel really is made of actual glass — I was expecting plexiglass, but it's definitely real glass, which was a nice surprise. In my case, I could install it directly into the door rail, and it fits well into the groove of the sliding door. This isn't the type of pet door you'll be opening and closing — instead, you'll be using your patio door to go outside. The included sealing strip was too wide for my door frame, so I had to spend a bit more to get one that fit properly. If you want decent insulation, you'll need to be a bit of a DIYer, because without some adjustments, air will definitely leak through. The security panel is a bit sketchy. The railing actually allows the panel to slide up too high, which means it can come off if you're not careful. The locking pin is also kind of tricky to operate — it feels like there's a spring inside, and you really need to make sure it's secured properly or the panel could fall and hit your pet. To fix this, I bought some magnetic adhesive strips (one for the door frame and one for the panel), and that made the security panel way more solid. It cost me around $10 extra and made a huge difference. The flap door itself is a little stiff, and it doesn’t really provide insulation either. The bottom could be heavier and have stronger magnets, but in the end, it still closes. There are a lot of dog door options on the market, but this is by far the cheapest. If you’re capable of solving a few minor issues, it gets the job done and meets my needs perfectly.
