Et c'est pratique pour moi aussi, car je n'ai pas besoin de me lever pour ouvrir la porte toutes les cinq minutes. J'aurais aimé voir un système de sécurité pour mes absences. J'en ai créé un avec des bâtons pour bloquer les parties coulissantes de ma porte. Mes chiens s'y sont adaptés facilement. Je recommande.

Pas toujours efficace pour certains d'entre nous qui ont une baie vitrée avec des rails un peu plus mince dommage que le s n'existe pas sinon l'investissement reste très pratique.

I received it in excellent shape. Overall looks nice with my new 8 ft. sliding door. However and this doesnt only apply to Vevor but why doesn't anyone make an adaptable peice so I can lock the door (if the sliding door is indeed lockable,mine is) when I leave the house?

Easy to assemble and suits larger dogs. You do need a drill if but could get away without it if necessary. Better than similar products available from hardware stores. Great that it comes with sealing rubber to stop draughts.

First of all it is a great product that fits our needs. It is well made and packaged securely to protect during shipping. It fit perfectly into our sliding door. The instructions aren’t that great though! Attaching the two glass halves is relatively easy and straight forward but after that it is a bit confusing. They packaged the wrong product booklet in the box so I had to look it up on the website. What is not clear is there are a lot of optional hardware parts that may not be necessary and cause the confusion. We are using the small door for our cat and he is a bit hesitant with the weight of the plastic/vinyl flap. He is used to pushing through a screen and this might be a nice option for Vevor to offer…particularly in the warmer months. It is also packaged with a draft strip but it is black while the door frame is white. Might make more sense for Vevor to offer a white draft strip. However, despite these couple of minor issues we are more than happy with the door.

The reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because there's nothing comparable at this price point. It's a very reasonable option for someone living in an apartment or condo thanks to how easy it is to install and remove for storage. It might be a good idea to take it down during the winter though, as it offers no insulation. The panel really is made of actual glass — I was expecting plexiglass, but it's definitely real glass, which was a nice surprise. In my case, I could install it directly into the door rail, and it fits well into the groove of the sliding door. This isn't the type of pet door you'll be opening and closing — instead, you'll be using your patio door to go outside. The included sealing strip was too wide for my door frame, so I had to spend a bit more to get one that fit properly. If you want decent insulation, you'll need to be a bit of a DIYer, because without some adjustments, air will definitely leak through. The security panel is a bit sketchy. The railing actually allows the panel to slide up too high, which means it can come off if you're not careful. The locking pin is also kind of tricky to operate — it feels like there's a spring inside, and you really need to make sure it's secured properly or the panel could fall and hit your pet. To fix this, I bought some magnetic adhesive strips (one for the door frame and one for the panel), and that made the security panel way more solid. It cost me around $10 extra and made a huge difference. The flap door itself is a little stiff, and it doesn’t really provide insulation either. The bottom could be heavier and have stronger magnets, but in the end, it still closes. There are a lot of dog door options on the market, but this is by far the cheapest. If you’re capable of solving a few minor issues, it gets the job done and meets my needs perfectly.
