Una compra totalmente fallida, dinero tirado a la basura. El cochecito es muy aparatoso y está diseñado de tal manera que requiere dos personas y mucho tiempo para instalarlo de manera que el perro pueda usarlo. Lamentablemente, no recomiendo este cochecito a nadie.

Le produit n’est pas du tout conforme à l'attente, très compliqué à installer au vu de l'état de l'arrière train de mon toutou j’ai demandé un éventuel retour mais cela à été sans suite. L'article finira comme beaucoup d'autres au bon coin ou peut-être en association. Déçu de cet achat qui n’est pas le premier.

Bought July 16 and it doesn't fit our dog. It puts too much weight on the front of her and she can't walk How do I send this back and get a refund?

I ordered this wheelchair for my dog and it arrived defective. I contacted Vevor via chat and email however on chat do one replied for 6 hours and via email no one responded at all. I just need my refund, product never used due to the defect. Also they need a better way to assist a customer when something goes wrong because I have been contacting them 3 times in regards to this . Bottom line, I want my refund, bad customer service

Hard to get dog into. Needs buckets for harness. The back leg support sags too much. Needs to be more supportive. The frame and wheels are very sturdy though!

It's very fussy and hard to get the dog into, so for an injured dog who can't stand for long, it takes too long to get him into the apparatus.

Unless your dog is very old or is missing limbs or use of the limbs, this should not be used. During surgery recovery, this was purchased and my dog tipped several times. The back wheels should be able to steer as well to prevent tipping. It was also a pain to put all those straps around him in a comfortable manner, that will support their weight, while also allowing them to still pee. I would not recommend unless your dog is permanently disabled.

Instructions were good, easy to assemble, and adjust Once our Shepherd is harnessed in properly, she loves it, however… it takes two of us to get her in there, it is not consistent, the screws keep coming out and are too small, especially in winter when your hands are cold. It has been a very frustrating experience for us. The idea of the chair is brilliant, but it has not been by any stretch a joy to use. I would be hard pressed to recommend it to anyone as once it’s on her, it is not consistent with the time before and we are doing the same thing every time. The fabric piece that goes between her legs and supports her back end is very tight. When she urinates, it goes over the fabric between her legs and has to be washed every time The strap that goes over her shoulders toward the front. Is way too tight. The minute we loosen it, she loses support even with the tummy strap. We have considered returning it many times, but due to the necessity of it, we keep struggling with it. It has not been an easy process. A joy when it works, extremely frustrating to get to that point.!!
