This never showed up, kinda giving me the run around of why it wasn’t delivered. Claimed the shipping company picked it up and it was lost in transit, shipping company said they attempted to pick it up multiple times but the item wasn’t ready to be picked up. Tried to refund my money via PayPal instead of money back to my credit card even though I purchased insurance (that felt very scammy). I will be very hesitant to purchase anything directly from vector again as it really felt like I was trying to be scammed out of almost 900 dollars

I have not received it yet nor been sent info regarding shipping!!

The bath arrived with the back slightly bent to where it should be, which I suspect happened as it was delivered as the driver was on his own for what is clearly marked as a two person lift so he pretty much threw it off the van. However, the bend could be easily put back in shape. The Bath is easy to assemble and looks good. It is very convenient that the dog can simply walk up the ramp and is in ready to be washed after a muddy walk without having to lift. In general I am happy with the bath, with the one exception that it does not drain to the central plug hole very well despite the bath being level in all directions and checked with a spirit level which means after use you have to spend extra time moving the water towards the centre which means cleaning the bath after use takes longer. I would suggest that the creases in the bottom panel need to be increased to enable natural flow as opposed to the water pooling.

Overall the dog wash station is well made. It came with a minor dent from shipping. Assembly was easy. Very sturdy. The biggest issue is the quality of the metal. It is a low grade 304 stainless. It does easily rust for a stainless. I will have to coat it with mineral oil from time to time.

The hot cold mixer leaks out from handle so you have to keep the water main shut off or it runs continuously out from under handle. Put a ticket in with customer service a week ago and all I get is this will be reviewed in the next 1-2 business days. I think it’ll be a great item if I can ever get customer service to help me replace these parts.

We waiting for nearly 2 months and we never received the tub even after constant communication.

TERRIBLE. NEVER RECIEVED WASH STATION AN NOBODY AT VEVOR COULD GIVE ME ANY HELP FINALLY GOT REFUNDED AFTER ABOUT 10 emails
