For the price it works like clock work, I’ve been using it for a month now

Function perfectly. Setup was very easy Very impressed with the quality.

I bought this for my chicken coop and it works great. I bought the solar version and it works flawlessly. It’s not in the sunniest part of my yard and there is a lot of shade but it still works great. I use the time setting and set it to open right after sunrise and to shut 30 minutes after sunset. I would highly recommend.

This thing works so great!

Should've purchased this door the first time we were looking. Sadly, we didn't. This is our 2nd auto chicken door in less than two years. Vevors solar powered chicken door was a little higher priced and slightly lower ratings. Neither mattered since they were sold out everywhere they're normally sold so we bought the higher rated product. When the other door gave up the ghost, we once again found the Vevor sold out everywhere. So we bought nothing and continued our search for another month before finally, receiving notice they were back in stock! Once receiving the Vevor solar door, we quickly decided it's worth the additional cost for construction materials alone: larger solar panel w/kickstand metal gears, heavier door, just heavier... additionally, the power panel is tilted upward and the power button is easily accessible. None of these delightful features were part of the other brand. We've been using the Vevor for about a month with no issues. Again an improvement over the other brand. Quality matters. Pay more. Install tip: install the door several inches above ground level, give it roof, and place a heavy layer of course construction sand or pea gravel on both sides. It will save so much time hassles caused from having to clean rain/mud splatter from door, track, and grooves. Reliability and convenient feature design aside, all solar powered chicken doors seem identical. Pay for the quality.

So far so good! Easy install. Will hopefully work this good during our cold winter

The door works well, we installed it right away. It has gotten cold here in NY and it hasn’t died, despite the lack of sunlight. It has frozen open a we’ve had to go out and push the close button a time or two, otherwise it’s been a good door! I would definitely make the purchase again if need be.

Haven’t tried it yet
