had it for 2 months, 3rd use it started shorting out, got it working again then it stopped heating up after a week.

After opening the package we noticed the roller is damaged! It looks like it was dropped and we are able to use it.

Never received my hot dog roller and never received a refund

I really liked vervor products. My first time ordering from them . It was missing peace’s customer service is next to the worst experience I’ve ever had. 48 hours to reply every time you or they send a question. The product is hard to use when you don’t get all the parts. It shouldn’t take weeks to get them from the time I received the order. Longer to fix their mistake than it was to get the product the first time. So if you have a deadline to use the stuff cross your fingers If you like to gamble this is your place, I like service and a good quality product. So I’m done with vervor.

Used 2 times and stopped heating. When we first received it and used it, it worked great. Now , neither side heats.
