Great swingset for the price. Easy to put together - took about 3 days with 3 hours per day. Clear instructions. Would def buy again.

It’s been for over a year and has gone through 50 MPH, winds, hail, and 100+ temperatures and of course rain and was ineffective. Well worth the money

I was so excited for the set to be delivered for my 3-year-old son. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed. When asked, I was immediately told that I would not get a refund if I canceled the order. Then I received 2 out of 3 boxes. The last box had the most important parts, so there was no way to set up the playground. After several back-and-forths with Vevor, I was granted a full refund. However, I was told I had to pay for shipping of the two boxes that arrived, or I would NOT get a refund. Very frustrated, I stood my ground and demanded that they pay for return shipping for two boxes I could not use. Finally, I was given my refund. Very frustrated with their customer service. Terrible actually. More training of staff on how to handle these issues is definitely needed. I have purchased several items from Vevor and love the quality, but the customer service will keep me from making additional purchases. If the company can not do a return very simply, then I don't have confidence in purchasing more products from this company due to poor management.

The company support SUCKS! My slide was damaged during shipping all they want to do is close my ticket! Absolutely worthless!
