Great tool for homeowners
Bought as my project would have required at least 2 rentals on different days to complete. Well worth the price, worked great for demo work for the repair of a garage slab. Have about 6 hrs of use of it so far and very satisfied with it. Hits quite hard for the size of it.

For electric jack hammer it works well, no issues. Chizel gets stuck out and you have jam it down to get back in the outlet.

The jack hammer does a good job had a problem with the cord had wire exposed and it did break so because I needed to complete the project I replaced the cord which voids its warranty. But it do the job i needed it for. Cheeper than renting a jack hammer

good
Does what it should. You will need to buy extra hydraulic oil (can be substituted with motor oil but don't tell anyone I said so) if you use it for 30 minutes straight you will need to avoid touching the body...gets really hot. Otherwise, for small jobs it's good

Chews concrete!

Let's compare to my previous Hilti unit. Does the same job for €800 less. As a demolition tool or just chasing out this unit saved hours and thousands of euros in costs getting the project completed right and for less.

Mr.
Well packaged, easy setup. Feels good running cold/warm. Solid for the price vs more expensive units with additional vibration/noise control. For extended use; double up on gloves or gel, hearing + eye protection will be more than sufficient. Solid buy in my opinion, recommended. Will update with more use.

Mechanical engineer, jack of all trades
I bought this hammer to help demolish a 70 year old concrete stoop that was covered up by a deck. It had pulled some of the brick away from the foundation and needed to be demo'd by hand instead of with a skid steer to make sure the house didn't also get wrecked. I borrowed an Echo diamond saw from a friend which allowed me to cut the tough old concrete into 6-8" long pillars. With the hammer and spike attachment, I worked as big of a chunk as I could off at a time in order to make cleanup easier.
Working sideways under a deck with a 40 pound plus tool was tough and sweaty. The hammer DOES get hot with use, so it's best to work in spurts and then let it cool off. Also did I mention it is very difficult/hard work. The front handle is the best place to push into the target to reduce vibration into your body, however, it's more accurate to hold by the main shaft. Vibration damping gloves might help, but I didn't use them because it was so damn hot and I was switching back and forth from saw to hammer. The spike bit has lasted well. The skinny chisel bit I started with and it got dull before long. The wide chisel I barely used to try to get mortar off the brick wall. For this job, it was an indispensable tool. I think a good value, especially since I got it on sale. The cord seems a bit undersized for the current it's drawing. But it didn't cause a problem for me.
