I bought this hammer to help demolish a 70 year old concrete stoop that was covered up by a deck. It had pulled some of the brick away from the foundation and needed to be demo'd by hand instead of with a skid steer to make sure the house didn't also get wrecked. I borrowed an Echo diamond saw from a friend which allowed me to cut the tough old concrete into 6-8" long pillars. With the hammer and spike attachment, I worked as big of a chunk as I could off at a time in order to make cleanup easier. Working sideways under a deck with a 40 pound plus tool was tough and sweaty. The hammer DOES get hot with use, so it's best to work in spurts and then let it cool off. Also did I mention it is very difficult/hard work. The front handle is the best place to push into the target to reduce vibration into your body, however, it's more accurate to hold by the main shaft. Vibration damping gloves might help, but I didn't use them because it was so damn hot and I was switching back and forth from saw to hammer. The spike bit has lasted well. The skinny chisel bit I started with and it got dull before long. The wide chisel I barely used to try to get mortar off the brick wall. For this job, it was an indispensable tool. I think a good value, especially since I got it on sale. The cord seems a bit undersized for the current it's drawing. But it didn't cause a problem for me.

Great price. Good powerful quality breaker. Quick Delivery. Only negative is description said it was 110v and its not. Came with a round 2 pin plug with no earth cable. Not much use in ireland and not very safe for site work. Wouldn't like to be using it if weather was wet.

Jack hammer works great but is making a whining sound when using and when releasing trigger. Oil smells burnt badly. I am using tamping accessories I purchased separately. . I am praying that this is just a natural noise although when I first started using it never made this noise. The Jack still works perfectly but this noise is troublesome

Bonne machine mais apres 50h elle a cesser de fonctionner et ce n etais pas la petite piece qu on doit changer car je l ai remplacer et rien il ne fonctionne plus. Tres déçu.

The breaker worked well for removing basement floor. I had only used the breaker for 1 hr when I noticed oil leak coming from the bit area. The breaker still performed well but leaked oil everywhere.

I need it this tool for few projects around my house I had to install new water/radon basin And this tool was a HUGE help in breaking down concrete in my basement I picked the set with 6 different attachments it took me little over two hours to have the sump basin installed The tool is well built but heavy weight so if you going to use in vertical position you will get tired Overall I will give big PLUS Shipping was absolutely FAST so thank you very much

Well, first off the case came with a broken latch. So, I contacted the seller, only to be told they don't control shipping... But, you do control the packaging it's shipped in. Oh well. The Jackhammer has a small circular glass window to inspect the oil. Stand it up with bit toward ground as if to use it and the little window should be about half full of oil. Mine was not, very dry, so I added the recommended oil to the half way point. (It only comes with the oil that is in it, or not - no container of oil) Started Jackhammering a concrete slab and it did a decent job. However, after about 15 minutes oil started leaking down the shaft of the bit. I took the bit out and inspected the seal (giant black O ring), which seemed to be fine. Put more oil in and continued, as did the leak. After using all the recommended oil, I went to auto parts store and picked up 15w 40. I just kept refilling every 30 min. Also, there are some goggles and gloves that come with this, but they were so cheap I just tossed them. I think it functioned quite well and accomplished the tasks I needed. Just too bad that it seems to have a design flaw with it's seal. Also would have been nice not to have a broken case. But for $120ish, pretty good.

This demolition hammer does exactly what it is intended for. can't beat the price, features are fine and it's easy to use. The only down side is how much oil leaks down the shaft. I have only used this for a very short time and when I put it to the side there was a puddle of oil under the machine.
