I installed this in our parts spray off area to keep the hose off of the ground. The supplied hose might as well be made of hard pvc as far as flexibility goes.. always a dread to deal with when you pull it from the reel. I added a quick connect to the gun that allows it to pivot and rotate to help deal with the cable like hose. The worst part is that when the spray gun trigger is released, the spring catch lets go of the detent hold with a "bang" and the hose will try to wind itself up. What a pathetic spring. We ended up having to put a strong squeeze clamp on the reel itself whenever it is used, to stop it from auto winding every time the trigger is released and beating itself to death. We were using a very weak Vevor pressure washer (another wallet flush) with this unit. I can only imagine how violent the water hammer effect would hit this thing with a real pressure washer that moves some pressure and volume hooked up to it. What a joke- Did someone even try out their "Product"? Save your money and buy a better product. This will be hitting the landfill soon enough. This is becoming a common theme among many of my Vevor purchases and I have been directing my spending in other directions and on more worthy products.

Fast handling order and shipping, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it wasn't even possible to pre-tension the spring by the recommended number of turns before it came loose inside and failed to retract as it should.

Grundsätzlich ist das Produkt sicherlich gut und in Ordnung. Aber was hier sehr negativ auffällt, ist das kein Schlauch dabei ist (Wiedersprüche in Beschreibung und Kommentar!) Es wird einem leider auch kein passender (Plug and Play) Schlauch vorgeschlagen!

The hose does not retract or roll back properly on its own. Every time I finish using it, I have to manually guide and roll the hose back by hand. it doesn’t work as expected.

Light poor qaulity set up four days ago broke would not advise anyone to buy

Comme tout ce que j'ai acheté sur vevor jusqu'à présent,ceci est un autre produit décevant, quand j'achète un reel automatique c'est pour qu'il soit automatique, si je suis obligé de le rentrer en le tournant ce n'est pas automatique. Dernière acquisition sur ce site...

Seems to work however it's almost too much weight for the retractable part to work properly. I have to feed it. It does not work as well as my air hose reel when it retracts.

Price is good, but spring for reel is not strong enough

Drum itself is ok. But the hose is to stiff and is made of plastic inner tubing. I think i may have to replace the hose. All in all its an ok buy for the price.
