- Does NOT include HOSE - Does not have correct connector for attaching the reel to pressure washer. The short hose that comes with, has a M22, but does not seal like pressure washer M22 does. It needs a very specific washer, which is not indluded. These kind of pressure sealings should not be done with flush washers like this one does.. - Cannot change the connector, connecting the rectractable hose to the reel. + Otherwise the reel is very sturdy and thick steel. Surprised. + Cannot beat the price. Considering all minuses, still forth the price.

I installed this in our parts spray off area to keep the hose off of the ground. The supplied hose might as well be made of hard pvc as far as flexibility goes.. always a dread to deal with when you pull it from the reel. I added a quick connect to the gun that allows it to pivot and rotate to help deal with the cable like hose. The worst part is that when the spray gun trigger is released, the spring catch lets go of the detent hold with a "bang" and the hose will try to wind itself up. What a pathetic spring. We ended up having to put a strong squeeze clamp on the reel itself whenever it is used, to stop it from auto winding every time the trigger is released and beating itself to death. We were using a very weak Vevor pressure washer (another wallet flush) with this unit. I can only imagine how violent the water hammer effect would hit this thing with a real pressure washer that moves some pressure and volume hooked up to it. What a joke- Did someone even try out their "Product"? Save your money and buy a better product. This will be hitting the landfill soon enough. This is becoming a common theme among many of my Vevor purchases and I have been directing my spending in other directions and on more worthy products.

The hose does not retract or roll back properly on its own. Every time I finish using it, I have to manually guide and roll the hose back by hand. it doesn’t work as expected.

Matériel très bas de gamme . Raccord laiton de piètre qualité. Joints O-Ring éclatés lors de la première mise en service. Système complet à revoir.

Fast handling order and shipping, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it wasn't even possible to pre-tension the spring by the recommended number of turns before it came loose inside and failed to retract as it should.

Used this about 4 times and heard the band inside break when reeling it back in. Standing at the reel running it through my hands at slow speed and heard it break. Not worth the time to mount it only ro use it a few times
