I think this product is good for the price. I use it for my detailing business. The only down side is that you have to buy a 3/8-M22 adapter if you want to connect it to a pressure washing hose. The owners guide said it was included, but it was not on mine.

Ich habe schon zwei billige Aufrollautomaten verbraucht, die innerhalb einer Saison kaputt gingen. Dieser hier ist ein echtes Monster! Die Verarbeitung ist solide und der automatische Rücklauf ist robust und reibungslos. Mein 20 Meter langer Schlauch gleitet knickfrei und ohne mein Zutun zurück in den Schlauch. Er hält dem Druck meines Simpson-Reinigers problemlos stand. Ein echter Game-Changer für die Reinigung von Einfahrt und Außenverkleidung. Jeden Cent wert.

Hardware bag was ripped and missing pieces. Also missing whip hose as pictured. Can’t use yet until I get one we’ll see how it works

Overall its a nice product, but the way the hose hookup is make sit hard to hookup the hose and then wind it up, it needs to be at a 90 degree angle instead of the angle it is at.

The adapter house connecting to the inlet of the pressure washer leaks no matter how tight it is, even with teflon tape. I've been working with support for several days to get a, replacement hose.

The item i bought is what i recieved and am happy with it and would like to continue to purchase other items BUT i will be deleting your app because when i buy something it does not get delivered to my address it gets left 75kms from my address and then i have to travel to pick it up . The fact that the third party delivery company called DEX refuses to deliver to my address after they take my parcels from your delivery company called Hunter Express and i dont have any choice as to how i would like to get it delivered by a company that delivers to my address i will not be purchasing any products from your web site . Yes i know i may not be a great big customer but any customer lost is revenue that is given to other people that do deliver to my address . I hope that this is not deleted as i will be taking a screen shot of this review so if it does disapear i will be able to post on other forums . Thank you

Good for the price with some issues. The hole does not fit an uberflex hose too small a passthrough for the collar I had to bend metal to get it working. The brass fitting that fits it a m22-14 was long and caused my hose to hit the bottom, I ordered a shorter one online. Also the hole where the hose goes through was already damaged when I received mine.

I will be honest I use VEVOR a lot. For the most part no issues. However I recently took receipt of this hose reel. That was missing the mounting, bracket, pieces loose everywhere in box, some form of surface rust and the manual was shot. I’ve had issues with submitting tickets in the past so I hope they’ll make it right and I will update my review based off of that. Essentially useless without a mounting bracket specifically for it and being sent to me like it was used is wild…
