You have not delivered the heatpress . You took Kr.1,891.51 from me and not delivered. I feel cheated by you? A company like VEVOR will do such a criminal thing. Please I have written to you several times. I order twice and paid twice also. Please deliver both heatpress. My review is -00000000 Regards Sajida

This press came with out the listed wrench which is needed to remove the platen or to tighten the platen as it does come loose when using it. The wrench is listed in the list of item that should be included in the box. It was not. I have contacted them (Belfor is the agent that I have been in contact with) have been told that it does not come with the the press. I have tried to find a small enough wrench that can be used but it is too tight of a space to use regular tools in. The press works well, there is an annoying clicking sound when using it and having to tighten the bolt with my fingers is not the best thing as it does get HOT! Very disappointed!!

I have had my machine for less than two months, and the temperature controller is not working. I contacted the warranty department; it has been over 48 hours, and they have not provided a solution—nor have they even reached out to me.
