Almost perfect. Nice design, and solid. The freebee drill bit is not usable (no clearance on the grind edges). Please offer a real drill for maybe a nominal charge, you can get these cheaper than I can at Lowes or Home Depot. But, I would definitely order again if I needed one. So, all in all a good value. Customer service is top notch.

Installed for a small step for elderly parent. Works great! Many compliments from visitors.

I own three of them and they are sturdy and reliable.

Vevor Main Courante Escalier Rampe Acier Garde-corps Appui 1-3 Marches 102x71 Cm

This is an update to my earlier review. The unit itself is sturdy and a necessary addition to ensure safe usage of the steps in and out of our house. But, the unit was shipped without the necessary installation hardware. Without these, it was impossible to secure the handrail to the step or attach the upper handrail to the vertical section.I contacted the seller and asked for them to expedite the small package of installation parts to me ASAP. Their follow through was fast and thorough. After a couple of email exchanges, they quickly shipped me a replacement bag of screws and attachments.I was very please with the assistance I received. They were responsive and fixed the problem quickly. This was the second railing I ordered, both are a great safety addition to our home. Thanks for the support from the vendor, much appreciated. I highly recommend this product.

Produit conforme à la description - livraison rapide- Emballage très soigné - très bonne qualité - matériel fourni pour pose facile - Je recommande, c est parfait

Solid product. EASY to install. They are of a very solid construction. The end caps fit a bit loosely but a single wrap of electrical tape makes for a strong fit.

Very sturdy and easy to install. The only challenge was that the drill bit that came with the railing was too large for a standard drill so I had to purchase a new bit to fit my basic Black and Decker to drill the pilot holes in the concrete footing. It's definitely a two-person job to get everything level and affixed. Even with the trip to the hardware store, it only took 90 minutes to install (not including pouring the concrete footing.) Note: The instructions that came with it were clearly translated from another language and were not easy to understand.

Shipping was amazing, within 2 days received! Excellent fit on my two step back entrance, so easy to install, took less than 5 minutes. I wish it had come in white. Since my back entrance has direct sunlight, I did not want the rail to become too hot to touch. So I did have it powder coated in white.
