Bought this to pick up acorns and hickory nuts. Nope, totally ineffective for that application. Best it can do is pick up leaves. Not worth sending back.

Not worth the price. It lite and very flimsy.

I bought this thinking this would make my lawn work easier it’s actually making it worse it barely moves stops on uneven surfaces total waste of money

Save your money. Buy a good steel fan rake instead! This sweeper will throw leaves over the basket, or miss picking them at all, or drop so many right at the front of the basket the rest of the basket is wasted. Try unhooking the basket and dumping the leaves into a yard waste bag for container and you drop half the load on the ground. I would scope the leaves out of the basket with a large dustpan or those leaf 'bear claws', which was what I was doing already before I got the sweeper!

Cheap, tough to empty, hard to adjust height, wasted so much time having to empty. Threw it to the side and used my blower ( this was after dethatching )

Customer service is horrible!!!!!!! They don’t read your comments. I told them 4 times in the chat back and forth, back and forth. Over 8 days back and forth. Again they did not read the comments I made telling them the issue. It is very aggravating having the endless chats. I gave up after 8 days. I will not be purchasing anything from them again!!

Disappointing! Gets easily clogged with the stems of the leaves and jams. Much faster to rake the leaves instead

The sweeper did not operate as intended. It picked up debris on flat lawn surfaces. My lawn is sloped. The wheels would not roll. Technical support was emailed and videos sent. They replied that they saw nothing wrong with the unit and also I should have been aware that this was a non motorized unit (Really!). Returned the product.

I never write bad reviews, but I spent almonst $200 dollars on something that completely fails me. The sweeper part of the device does an incredible job. it really does pick up everything (as long as the leaves aren't wet). But that is irrelevant when you can only run it for about 2 lines before needing to empty the basket. The design of the basket is completely nonsensical. It slopes TOWARDS the sweeper?? Meaning, once the basket is about 1/4 full the leaves fall back into the sweeper which forces you to have to stop and empty the basket to continue. Look at all the images of the basket full of leaves. You can see the leaves blocking the sweeper. Once the sweeper is slightly blocked it will not longer do its job and everything gets spit back out. Not only that, the basket is almost impossible to empty into a paper yard waste bag without spilling half of the contents.
