Took minutes to assemble, arrived early, works amazing for our 2 male gerbils easly to clean and get to them with the front door.

This was purchased for me daughter's hamster who really didn't have enough room in his old two decker cage. The little guy has been greatly enjoying the space. He has plenty of space to build things, and still run around. This cage has enabled a previously unrecognized interest in extreme sports: parkour and jumping off platforms, climbing the sides, and dropping down. The cage is sufficiently spacious that my daughter can add extra fill on the bottom.

Really nice hamster cage overall, but I had to make a few manual fixes. The metal door latch needed to be bent with pliers so it would close properly, and I had to add my own clip to close a gap between the roof and the side to make sure my hamster could not escape. For around €100, I do not think customers should have to make these adjustments. Otherwise, it is a great cage.

The enclosure arrived with one of the corner supportlegs not being able to hold screws. As a result the enclosure is entirely unusable. I've contacted support, but I can only expect a reply in 1 or 2 full working days, meaning I'll likely have to wait until Monday, which is unacceptable.

Unfortunately the quality of the cage couldn't handle the weight of the bedding and broke from underneath.

Everything arrived broken. Box was not damaged
