En primer lugar no vale para fundir cobre y me dijeron que si, después de 3 horas a 1150 grados literalmente no era capaz de hacer el cobre líquido, si acaso el 10% de la pequeña cantidad que le puse ( y eso que solo eran unos cuantos de cablecitos). El crisol solo lo he usado dos veces y ya se ha perforado, vertiendo el poquito cobre que se hizo líquido dentro de la máquina y no sé ni cómo quitarlo la verdad. . Es fácil de usar, pero la calidad de todo es malísima y yo creo que no calienta la temperatura que dice que da.

Après juste une utilisation,le thermostat HS,le four ne chauffe plus ! Après une 1ère coulée et en ayant pris soins de respecter les consignes d'utilisation,le creuset s'est effrité ! Et pour finir,le service commercial qui répond par un robot , injoignable Par téléphone.... bref un SAV pitoyable qui laisse le client désemparé. ...sav Pas réactif, inefficace. Je déconseille très fortement.

Very very bad material. It's not 3 kilos one. The crusible after 1 houer of use break, leaking the fusion metal inside the crusible. We use it 1 houer and send it to trash.

I was informed that my case would be reviewed by the technical team and that I would receive a response within 24–48 hours. That deadline has now passed and I have received no decision, no update and no proposed solution. The furnace is defective. It stopped heating during the first heating cycle at approximately 700°C and has not worked since. The product was defective from the beginning. In addition, the supplied accessories do not match the product description, as the order was advertised with 1 kg and 3 kg ceramic crucibles, while the 1 kg crucible supplied is graphite. I am not willing to wait indefinitely for a response regarding a product that failed on the first day of ownership. Therefore, I request an immediate resolution of this matter. Please confirm without further delay either: 1. Shipment of a replacement furnace and correction of the incorrect crucible supplied, or 2. A full refund of the purchase price and instructions for returning the defective product. If no concrete resolution is provided promptly, I will be forced to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute procedures. Szanowni Państwo, piszę w sprawie zakupionego u Państwa pieca do topienia srebra, który niestety okazał się wadliwy i nie działa prawidłowo. Urządzenie nie spełnia swojej podstawowej funkcji – przerywa pracę. W związku z tym nie jestem w stanie z niego korzystać zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.

Speciaal gekocht voor mijn kopper te smelten maar na 4u in de oven te hebben gezeten was het alleen maar zwart geworden. Ben eigenlijk heel erg teleurgesteld van het product. Vooral voor dear het kosten.

I ordered the extra crucibles when I ordered this as a gift for my dad, but they don’t actually melt anything. Ordered ones off of Amazon to try them out and those actually melted the copper, don’t waste your money on this product, The AI help center is useless too.
