Solid as hell. This is a 50# bar and it is excellent, strongly recommended. The finish is beautiful, passing is reasonably comfortable and it seems to have been put together really well. I got the 1200# bar, and while I’m not squatting 1200 (yet), it’s very sturdy with zero whip up to 315#. My shoulders are fried so I get most of my squat volume on SSB, and this is on bar with EliteFTS and Rogue bars I’ve used. Best deal I’ve gotten so far for the home gym.

I have bad shoulders and was told by my surgeon that I could never do a regular back squat again. When I saw this bar, I ordered it immediately, and I am now able to comfortably squat with no concerns about rotating my shoulders improperly. I highly recommend this bar for anyone who loves to squat but needs a safer option for their shoulders.

I got the 1500lb bar so it’s 1 piece (minus the screw on handles). It’s an effective basic SSB if you only plan to use it occasionally and want to save some money. Knocks on it are the balancing compared to nicer bars. If you plan to use a SSB regularly, you may want to consider paying more for a better bar. In our case the main use is to be able to squat/lunge following an upper body surgery. It works fine for that because after a few months it’ll likely mostly serve as a dust collector. TL/DR- Good bar. Not great or crappy.

Premessa: a causa della spedizione il primo bilanciere è arrivato rotto, ma ne ho ricevuto un altro nel giro di una settimana. Ottimo prodotto per il prezzo al quale è venduto. Testato fino a 200kg e tiene molto bene senza flettersi. Ne faccio un utilizzo semi professionale nel mio studio personal quindi per una homegym è più che perfetto. In generale la pelle del pad e le maniglie risultano adeguate (cheap, ma adeguate). Garanzia Amazon sempre utile in questi casi dove c'è qualche problema con il prodotto a causa della spedizione.

Love this bar ! It was well packed with only a slight tear on the box. Thick padding and the handles were easy to put on. At age 71 I don't plan to squat a super amount of weight so the bar is perfect for my needs. The bar looks well made and sturdy and balances well on my shoulders. The price was amazing for this specialty bar especially when compared to the higher end brands. If you want to stay fit and healthy and aren't planning to compete or set high weight PRs buy this bar.

Awesome for the price. My only minor complaint is the sleeve bearings aren't very smooth but considering it's a squat bar that doesn't really matter. The neck padding is great. The balance is great. Much more comfortable than regular barbell squats and less potential for lower back injury. This was a great \"value minded\" purchase!

It's a great replica of an SSB for anyone who doesn't need to put more than 450lbs on it. I'm not close to that so, probably not testing it but it's great! Wanted an SSB for years and this bar made it possible. Saving my shoulders and my back! Build is sturdy, pad is snug and will not shift. handles don't shake at all. No issues and don't expect any. Love this bar!

Tolle, solide, einteilige Stange mit zwei Griffen, die eingeschraubt werden können. Außerdem ragen die Griffe in einem etwas anderen Winkel heraus als die Kurven der Stange. Das ist schwer zu erkennen, hilft aber dabei, die Messlatte auszubalancieren. Die Polsterung besteht aus einem Stück, was gut ist, da sie sich beim Benutzen der Stange nicht verändert. Ich habe es mit und ohne Polsterung verwendet. Mir macht das Gefühl der Stange auf meinem Rücken nichts aus, aber die Metallgriffe ragen über meine Schlüsselbeine hinaus und fühlen sich unbequem an, sodass sich das Hocken mit den Polstern viel angenehmer anfühlte. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und zufrieden mit dieser Bar!
