When we first got the hot water tank the water seemed to be coming out very slow. We contacted customer service and they walked us through the hook up process. We figured out the problem was with the install on our end and now it works excellent .Really helpful and prompt customer service and the hot water tank is working great. Really good value for money.

Used this unit for almost year! There was an issue with the unit and support was very helpful in resolving it. Would recommend and will order again for additional locations.

Perfektes Gerät für unseren Einsatz! Preis Leistung super

This commercial water boiler delivers boiling water quickly and consistently. Perfect for high-volume tea and coffee preparation. Reliable performance with minimal maintenance requirements. The safety features give us peace of mind during busy service times.

j'attends toujours ma machine

Helped me a lot in my cafe.

Had for a few weeks and seems to be good 😊 at this moment I would recommend if you have a need for hot water on tap.

This has worked really well for our nonprofit retreat center and really improved the food service. It's really nice for our guests to be able to have a ready supply of hot water for tea, hot cocoa, etc. We eliminated a dedicated hot chocolate machine and a large coffee machine that had a hot water spigot on the side (and didn't provide as much hot water as this), with this machine. For reference, we serve small groups to groups as large as 130 and have not hit the limit of this machine yet. Great for camps or retreat centers.
