I purchased this floor scrubber after buying a similar floor scrubber made by Hoover that broke after one use. I was looking for one that was maybe a bit more powerful and hopefully would not break after one use. I liked that this floor scrubber was a bit up off the ground where the motor was not anywhere near where the water use was which was one of the issues with the Hoover floor scrubber. The multiple brush heads are great. I love that. It is included with the scrubber and not an additional cost like other floor scrubbers that cost twice as much. It is easy to change the scrub heads so far, I have used the one for scrubbing concrete, tile floor, and I even used the one for stripping polish as I’m trying to get some old paint off of my basement floor overall great value for the price!!

It isn’t worth buying

I took weeks and weeks to tet this resolved. You sent neva defective floor scrubber and I had a heck of a time getting asdistancevto return it or get a refund. Worst customer service wver!
