I have a non working ice machine. I have emailed back and forth with support over the past week plus. New ice machine is not working. Why won’t you send a replacement and take this one back? Support Wanted me to open unit up and check fan and refrigerant charge? Why would someone suggest that on a new machine ? I’ve been fed up and offering me $102 usd refund to go towards hiring a repair technician is insane Just give me a working ice machine

La maquina tiene como especificaciones que produce 45 kg de hielo. Para ser realistas yo contemple por zona una disminución de un 25 % pero me dejo muy bajo su estandares apenas alcanza hacer 12 kg x 24h y todo ruidoso

Quit working after a week

I would never buy a Vevor again. Customer service is the worst in the world, you cannot get a live person and they will tell you thye 48 hour just to respond. Horrible !!!!!

This machine has all the features. I'm looking for but apparently it's very sensitive to ship I received the first one sent it back. Didn't work. Got the second one same thing. They are packaged well, but apparently the delivery guys don't take very good care when handling the item. The boxes were beat up pretty good.

Bought it as a replacement for another one that lasted 3 years. I can't even get this one to make a single cube. A complete waste of time and money. The instruction manual is almost unreadable. What are the options when it won't even make a noise like it is going to make ice??

We connected correctly. We turned on Easy and added 5 gallons of water to the container. It took hours to fill the first bag. The next day, we filled another bag with ice and checked on it every hour, but progress was slow. Something it's wrong here

Bought this for our many outings that we need ice and it quit pumping water within a day! I was very excited at first when it started producing ice to then be brought back down to earth! Maybe my worst purchase ever!

I bought this machine when delivered it was not what the picture looks like it is to small and I cannot use for my business I couldn’t find a phone number to call them so I sent a chat to do a return. They said they have hassle free return but I’m getting no where with them . Please do not buy from Vevor or any of their products it’s customer no service you will loose your money. They responded with the same email over and over again they , they sent a link when you cannot open because they want you to give up. I’m a 2 people operation business trying to make it . I don’t have the extra cash for another machine. God don’t sleep .this is supposed to be a big company stealing from us. Please buy from company that have phones no who will not give you the run around to do a return after you spend your hard earn money with them.
