I want my money back received ice machine Manual is not helpful Tried customer service and no response or help What do I have to do to get my money back? Unit will not pump water at all.

Très déçu par cette machine à glaçons. Je l’ai achetée il y a seulement deux semaines et après une semaine d’utilisation, elle est déjà tombée en panne. Je suis commerçant et j’ai besoin de ce matériel pour mon activité, mais je n’ai trouvé aucun vrai service client, aucun numéro de dépannage et aucune solution rapide. Un appareil neuf qui tombe en panne aussi vite est inacceptable. Je déconseille cet achat aux professionnels qui ont besoin d’un équip

The machine came. We connected to water supply by a plumber. The machine will not let water in past the electronic solenoid valve. Need to return

Bought this and used it 1.5 weeks and then got error code E-3. Contacted co and have been going back and fourth. They send you troubleshooting videos to follow then wants videos back and this has been going on and on with the same results. So frustrating that we have never been able to use machine and all they want us to do are these videos with same results. Feels like they are stalling and do not want to replace machine. This is by far the worst customer service.

Piece of junk. Cannot keep ice cold enough. Mostly Ice just melts and unit is constantly making new ice to replenish melting cubes. DO NOT deal with vevor. They refuse to return the unit. Emails back fourth trying to fix it. They think I’m a repair technician. Days between responses. RETURN this garbage, loud unit.

I am very unhappy with the Ice Machine, I received damaged with a dent on the top, I did reach out to the company and received a minor discount which was fine but the fact that it doesn't have the option to make different types of ice (Crushed) makes No sense, I would not recommend this machine I would spend a little more and purchase something with more options and better quality.

this is the only product I bought from Vevor that I'm very disappointed with, please take care of this issue thanks ron, been 6 months and still not resolved, I've bought more stuff after this but, this is the only one item not happy with . I also sent the video of it not working

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This VEVOR ice maker works but upon arrival I contacted customer support due to damage and at the end it was just cosmetic but I paid full price and expect it to be flawless. Customer service didn’t offer to make it right by sending the required parts (cosmetic repaiirnman or even just offer me the parts. It looks like a discontinued discounted product as it’s damaged in the corner. It does perform as advertised, but after this customer service brushes me off, II would not recommend VEVOR to anyone. I expected a reliable and nice stainless machine, but instead I wasted my money. Vevor— don’t buy - Save yourself the frustration and buy a different brand. Customer support was no help at all. I won’t be buying another VEVOR product.

In the ad it showed it hooking up to a bottle of water and being about to make ice through that way but nope. There are 2 different models and it doesn't tell u what model your getting. Very disappointed in the customer service. Ended up keeping the unit but it's sitting in a corner because I have no way of hooking it up. Waste of money. The returning the item was way more effort then the money wasted. And again customer service was no help.

die Maschine macht zu keine Eiswürfel aber die sind sehr wässerig und die Böcke brechen nicht deswegen ruht die Maschine andauernd stoppen wenn Mann nicht drauf schaut hast du nur Wasser drin
