I bought both the freezer and the refrigerator for my new kitchen. I love them. They are a little noisy but I love them. I love the way they look side by side.

Best purchase I ever made for my business! Well designed and perfect for storing all my ingredients. Easy to clean and organize. Price is right. Delivery was quick.

Overall I’m happy with this freezer for the price. It keeps a consistent temperature and the coldest I can get it to read on a thermometer is 0°F, which is fine for my needs. It does build some frost in the corners overnight and the door has very strong suction, so it can be hard to open again right after closing. Capacity is excellent and the unit looks good and is easy to operate. Shipping was the worst part of the experience — missed delivery dates and a long period where the freezer was stuck in limbo with no clear updates. Customer support did respond, and they tried to make things right, but they never fully answered the “why” or “when” behind the delays. The freezer also has a small rattle when the compressor shuts off, but it doesn’t affect performance. For the money, it’s a solid freezer with a few quirks.

I ordered the VEVOR Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Combo and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. Despite paying extra for shipping protection, the unit arrived with a massive dent right on the front. For a high-value commercial appliance, this level of freight handling and lack of quality control is completely unacceptable. I have uploaded photos of the damage and expect customer service to process a refund immediately. Update: It has now been over 15 back-and-forth emails with Customer Service, and they still have not resolved my issue. If you are looking to buy expensive equipment like this, I strongly recommend going with literally any other vendor. I will never purchase from VEVOR again.

Received a malfunction one. Worst customer service! It’s been over a week and they still haven’t responded back so I’ve decided to just return the product asap. Please consider buying elsewhere with better customer support available.

This freezer is I ordered one month ago, but they are delivery and damage and we will return but they don’t return my money. It’s very bad.

The freezer kept on freezing itself, causing ice around the fan area, making the temperature never coming down to the desired temperature. I bought insurance, and the product is still in warranty, contacted Vevor since July 20th, they said they will respond back in 48 hours. Every two days i kept receiving email saying they are still working on it even though nobody got in contact with me asking about the problem. Horrible customer service, i couldnt even find a number to call, only chat or submitting a ticket.

My freezer has been delivered damaged, the pallet, structure and door are crumpled, the lower right door does not close perfectly because it is damaged. I requested the replacement at the time it was delivered on Monday 20 July and until today Friday 24 July I only received an email saying that in 48hrs it will return with the response. Now I don't want to anymore because I had to buy another one urgently to meet my trade.
