Hi very happy with hand rail apart from one end cap had broken. I am just in the process of ordering another 2 handrails and would appreciate if you could supply me with a replacement end cap.

The hand rails are awesome once you get through the instructions which are a bit cumbersome. You need to read them and understand them well before starting. This is my 4th installation so I was pretty familiar with what was needed to complete the installation. All measurements are in metric so need to convert. The drill bit did not drill into concrete so hand to purchase an appropriate concrete bit. The small drill bit needed was dull as well so I used my own drill bit. The square rail was too short (2 inches) so after many emails with Support, they could not assist. I purchased a piece of square tubing and spray paint which I customized to fit between the legs; Support did make the suggestion which I had already anticipated since there were multiple emails without resolution. Even with these issues, I would recommend the hand rails. Once installed, they are very sturdy and pleasing to look at.
