Très bon produit , très bonne conception , je recommande vivement ce produit.

product is well made, great price and packaging. was not suited for my application

Quick posting. Quality not compromised. 2nd time I ordered the same item. Quick and easy to install. 5 star quality and service

This rail has been a perfect addition for our elderly parent. It attached easily and allows us to know she is secure. It was fast delivery and as described.

Rampe de qualité, avec tous les accessoires pour le montage et la fixation. Montage assez rapide à deux personnes. Elle permet de descendre ou de monter un escalier en toute sécirité.

Great quality, well packaged, on time. The handrail is the appropriate size for a human hand. It’s a winner all the way around.

Good product as described at a great price. Delivery was on time and well packaged, with no damage, communication was kept up to date. The item was easy to install and put together. Just bare in mind if you're securing it to solid concrete I advise you use a heavy duty hammer drill for the job as the hand rail came with a 10mm masonry drill bit to fit a 13mm drill chuck. It holds solid and looks good.

These stair rail kits are easy to put up, solid, and a good value. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I installed the first one. I was so impressed that I ordered another kit for the rear entrance to my home. I am 79 years old and appreciate the added safety they give me. The only part that could be a bit more heavy duty were the concrete sinker bolts. I would definitely purchase again.
