Great value for the price. Be sure to anchor one post before locating holes for 2nd one. Mine was secured with a couple concrete screws and construction adhesive.

Really liked the product; well built of solid steel and easy to assemble. Installation difficulty depends on installation material: Wood- I lag screwed mine into deck stairs; cement could be trickier. However, the manufacturer needs to rethink the packaging. the 3 main parts were all wrapped in mini-bubble wrap. Did an excellent job protecting the finish. Unfortunately, the weighty decorative top piece with curled ends was able to slide back and forth in the package putting considerable dents (1 side only) in both thin steel pieces that cover the mounting plates. I did not consider the damage to significantly impact my good impression of this product. Manufacturer may have to use styrofoam (yuck), but have to control that top piece during shipping. Maybe zip tie the 3 pieces together.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the handrail and its sturdiness. And very reasonable price. It did fit 3 steps BUT it didn't work with my porch situation. It works better with just steps - like they show in the photo examples. My husband took it to use at another house with no surrounding walls. I ordered another one that attaches to an end wall. Overall, very happy!

It seemed very easy to install. We arranged for someone to carry out the installation. We are pleased with the extra support it gives when using the outdoor steps.

Could not use it as misleading information said was for 2 to 3 steps but too long for the 2 steps from my front door to path.would not have got car on drive it's for a flight of steps of 6.they did not help to return it and offered me £9.90 off the £99.it cost me to buy it.the post office wanted £36 to return it.it is also very heavy for me to carry about.

Was a good rail and well made just not right for my needs the seller was really good gave me a full refund no hassle would definitely use them again if needed anything

Perfectly ok. I bought two and design of both the rails and the base plates were slightly different. No problem for my application but could be if you’re having them side by side. Fixings were rubbish but they generally are. Could be frustrating if you’re trying to fit them with what is provided, and you’ll need to buy something better in addition.Uprights and bases felt a bit flimsy but rail was very solid and for the price I think you’ll struggle to find anything that’s a huge improvement. Once assembled with decent fixings they’re very solid.

I have a couple of steps at the end of my walk that was just hard to handle since i have very poor balance. The handrail stair railing is very nice and very good quality. It has really made a difference.

Hard to mount sometimes. Shimming and adjusting required. It needs a concrete walkway to mount to the lowest point.
