I purchased this unit, and it arrived damaged, which caused it to malfunction right out of the box. I contacted customer service, but the experience was frustrating and drawn out. Instead of offering a straightforward resolution, they repeatedly suggested that I open the machine, inspect it, and attempt repairs myself—as if I were a trained technician. I clearly stated multiple times that I was not comfortable doing this, especially given the potential safety risks involving high voltage and possible injury. Despite this, they continued to push for me to fix the product on my own rather than take responsibility. After asking for a refund at least five times—and being ignored or redirected each time—they finally agreed to process it. The entire process took far longer than it should have and showed a lack of concern for customer safety and satisfaction. Due to this experience, this will be the last product I purchase from Vevor.

Kept freezing up. Had to install own controller to keep from freezing contents.

I can't. Because both times I bought it, it was packaged incorrectly. I paid $20 for the packaging. They sent the wrong item. They refunded my money, but not the packaging.

I ordered this item over a month ago. I never received the item and I have ask numerous times for a refund and still not received either.

This product does not hold tcs foods to temp it is a very inefficient and noisy do not buy this product the customer service is horrible and the interface to get into this things brain is very complicated
