Quality disappointing. Hardware pack contained no lock or plain washers. Instructions refer to diagrams that don't exist. Overall assembly instructions are poor.

Great idea but ..... too bad it doesn't reach the ground . It might lift 300 lbs but you have to lift it up a foot to get it onto the platform.

Platform does not go all the way to the ground. I purchased this because I had back surgery and needed help lifting items into my truckbed. But with this, I have to pick the item up off the ground about 12" before I can get it onto the platform. I is cheap in price and expectidely made cheaply. I haven't been able to use it yet for this reason. Planning on trying to modify it once I get physically better, and try to make it somewhat functional. Sorry, I did not take a picture.

The weld is not in proper position so the platform will never be even close to level. I'd have to cut the weld, reposition the bracket on the lift beam and then try using it that way. Second, the receiver tube is pretty low to the ground. I just noticed that today and of course on my way into my driveway it scraped into the asphalt when I started to ascend the slight slope in my driveway. I have a 4WD Tacoma so it's not like the truck's hitch isn't well off the ground. The 3 piece "bearing" that isn't sealed is a stupid design. You have to remove the entire wench and lift platform in one piece and it's awkward and a little heavy for a 60 year old woman so I take it off in two sections. Then the 3 piece bearing comes apart. Not a big deal, it would just be easier and a better design if the bearing was pressed into the round piece that allows this to swivel. None of that will make sense unless you actually order one of these yourself. I probably should've just bought a basket with a small ramp. I bought this to bring my generator with me when I do mobile welding work and other hobby stuff versus having to have a second person with me whenever I need to lift the generator into the bed of my truck. This is pretty much useless to me but I'll probably cut it up and see if I can weld it back in a way that works better for me.

Las medidas y características reales no coinciden con las imágenes, la plataforma no baja lo suficiente y está inclinada, la monté en una camioneta con el tiron bajo y queda muy alta, si la instalo en una pickup quedará más alta.

Heavy made but doesn't lower all the way to the ground. You have to lift the load up to the platform before you can use it. It can be modified by grinding the bearing surfaces so the slide will go by it but then you can't use the bearing.

Very disappointing product, it is different from the one that was advertised.

It was welded wrong does not work, it sit at an angle and does not go to the ground.

Horrible lifting device. The platform goes no where near the ground once installed in the receiver hitch. If I could lift a heavy load a foot off the ground I would just put it in the truck myself. Returned for a refund
