This has been one big f$&k show. Needed this bad and ordered it never showed up asked to send it again they said no they have to do a refund and then I had to order it again. Which makes no sense. Still haven’t seen the refund yet. Never again. Had to suffer without because this never showed up in time. One huge let down.

He recibido la lona del techo con una raja y en el lateral de la puerta le falta una cuerda para sujetarla cuando la recojes para que se quede abierta. Adjunto fotos y solicitaré la devolución del producto.

Absolutely worthless I planned to use this at the market, when i got it ,i openned it and found the top had a tear in it The more i checked the quality the more i knew i could not keep this tent Cheap, fasteners and sidewall are completely made in plastic Then comes the fun part. Trying to return it and get a refund,it took me more than 2 weeks and countless emails, They don't whant it back they offer compromises *&%?&*?% Finally got a refund and got to keep the piece of thrash. Whent to the market once with it and when i got one of the poles up the locking pin broke so no tent Learn from me it's free lol

Très bien pour le montage mais le plastique pour tenir les ergos sont Trop souple au Soleil ....a revoir cela pour le fabricant

The quality of the structure is good and solid. I have used it maybe 4-5 times and the corner of the canopy is ripping g. The plastic in the sidewall windows have holes in the already just from being folded. You get what you pay for.

Uo the second use of this the canopy tore at a corner. It was well within warranty. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement canopy. They offered to credit my cc $25. Unsatisfied, I refused and once again asked for a replacement canopy. A new person took over the warranty claim and offered $75. Once again, I refused and once again I asked for a replacement canopy and that demanded that they honour the warranty. Once again the a new person took over. They offered $125. I again refused and demanded that replacement canopy. Finally, they admitted they couldn't provide one and then they fully refunded my purchase.
