Consult with a plumber first and use discretion when considering such a unit as this. I'm referring to the environment you're in and the type of home it is to be used in. This size of unit is undersized for providing hot water at a reasonable rate for an entire manufactured home, single wide, that it's in a region of the United States that is subjected to temperatures of 0° to -20°. Ideally, as a point of use water heater, it is more than adequate. For this reason I say, go for it!

Arrived as advertised, easy to install running very well.

Very efficient and never runs out of hot water

Works great perfect for my pole barn bathroom

Great product

Working well as expected

Was so easy to install & runs a 6 jet shower tower with no problem! After 4 months of use i give it a thumbs up!

Quality product at a great price

I have bought 3 different instant hot water heater and if I would have bought this one first I would have saved a lot money cause this is by far the best one. My husband hooked it up to a 50amp breaker and we live in a camper and have no problem using it and I take hour showers and not one issue with it. I highly recommend getting one you won’t be disappointed

It was easy to install and I thought the price was right. I use it in my milk house to clean my goat milker. It put out 1 gallon of 120 degree water in 1 minute. I don't know if that would be enough for my household but it works for the milk house.
