Packaged well but as a handicap woman with no help it took me weeks to get someone to come get it out for me and it doesn’t work at all. I charged all day thinking it was needing that but still no power at all.

This scooter is great, and was easy to set up. The shipping process was horrible. Customer service was horrible. I would not purchase from VEVOR again.

Nice scooter however haven't been able to use it yet. This manual doesn't support the lunar model. There are wires hanging off of the scooter and no way to get to the batteries. The support is just an email and that doesn't work. We need someone to call that knows something about this scooter. I am not wanting to send this back and I can't waste $2100 dollars. Battery is not charging. If I'm able to speak to somebody and get this issue resolved I will come back and do another review.

The book states parking brake is on left brake handle bar but there is no button for parking brake. It is impossible to use the scooter safely without a parking brake. Over all rating would have been much higher but due to the lack of parking brake the rating is lower.

Vevor handicap cart are junk
I wish I would never have bought my handicap cart It was damaged when I received it.. The battery will not charge . one of the tires is flat.I have been trying to connect vevor customer service. I have not had any luck. I would advise everyone to not buy anything from from vevor. They are scammers.. don't buy vevor you will be sorry
