We just purchased a smaller, 16' travel trailer. Our driveway goes from street through a wood/metal gate (with 8' clearance) then into the backyard where we will keep the trailer. Once behind the gate, we still need room to walk past the trailer and for my motorcycle to pass. The only way I could get the trailer within 6" of the wall, thus leaving space to pass, was this electric dolly. It is so helpful in that regard! I do wish Vevor offered spare parts however. When I put the ball in the post, it was too tight (like it was tapped wrong) to screw in farther than 5 threads and I couldn't unscrew it (with tools). I wanted to flip it over and use the taller side but with the ball in the other side, the pin holes wouldn't aligned. I asked Support about it and after 15 days of no resolution (I even offered to buy the post separately) they said they would replace or refund the ENTIRE UNIT!?!? All I needed was the post. I am very happy to still have the unit but sad that Vevor refunded me when all it needed was a replacement part. Might be something to look into?

Bought this to move a 6-12 V Nose converted trailer to camper up and down my driveway. Trailer weighs ~2800 lbs. and this dolly moves with easy! The throttle is also variable and allows for a slow controlled movement or full throttle and moves pretty good.

Dolly has plenty of power but no enough traction in my driveway. I tried to use it with a 2,900lb trailer that had a 312lb tounge weight and the wheels on the dolly couldn't quite get enough traction. Pictures and videos were sent to Vevor and they were able to help me troubleshoot but ultimately I needed to request a return. Once the return process was initiated my customer service experience was great and the remainder of my experience with this product was smooth. I wish this item had worked out for me. But I feel that it would work well for others. So 4 stars it is. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

ein gutes Produkt, einfach zu bedienen. Nicht ganz billig, aber sehr praktisch.

Einfach zu bedienen und hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, meinen Anhänger mit meinem LKW an einer schwer zugänglichen Stelle in meinem Garten zu bewegen, aber nach dem Aufladen ging es problemlos. Ich habe es an einer Schotterrampe benutzt. Am Ende brauchte ich Rampen, damit es nicht im tiefen Schotter einsank. Es hat genau so funktioniert, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte.

The "tank" came well packaged and no damage was noticed. It comes in a wooden box and its heavy. Instructions are easy to follow and everything was there. I charged it and operated it but haven't had a chance to actually hook a trailer to it. I'm guessing it will work great.

I'm impressed. It can move a 7x14 moderately loaded tandem axle trailer on sandy soil. Can it move it well? no - sandy soil. But if I put some plywood down it can move it just fine and if your needs are paved or gravel I imagine you will be happy. Other options are 3x the price with the same promise as these specs and it seems underrated.

Mover works very good to maneuver my 8,500lb dual axle boat trailer. I had to mount the jack a lot further back from the trailer tongue than I preferred. I have since purchased another jack from VEVOR that has a wider mounting area than the original one at a cost of $460! This will allow me to mount it closer wthe tongue. Unfortunately the new jack will not accept the mount from the mover itself! Still trying to get this resolved with VEVOR. Bob
