Pleased. Purchased for the float change over to wheels in our plane.

Works as expected.

We are making very large pans (roughly 12' x 12' and 500 lbs each) that need to be welded then flipped and welded more. We were using chain falls and decided to try these. They are working great and have already paid for themselves in labor hours alone. Great product and my shop guys loved them so much we ordered another for another section of my shop. We also plan to buy a few more to be used for installation in the field. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

Using these for hanging a truss over a stage. I needed 120v Edison power, remote access to run them, and made the purchase based on these factors. The quality for what you pay (bang for your buck) is pretty good. They feel solid and durable. The two things that surprised me were how loud they are, and how the wireless remotes hook up. They sound like a souped up vacuum cleaner, but if you don't need them quiet, it's fine. The wireless remotes have a LARGE box that attaches to the side and requires its own power. Additionally, the box plugs into the remote port for control. No where on the description does it mention that. All in all, I'm happy.

I received the Unit and it did not work.

I ordered 4 of these Hoists and 4 trollies at the same time Unfortunately only 3 Hoists shipped. I received 4 Fed Exp Tracking numbers. 3 Shipped and delivered with in 1 week. I have tried to get help via text app on website and all they can say is wait, 6 working days and when I did , they say wait 10-15 business days. There is no way to talk to anyone or have them check inventory to see if the shipment was never tagged. Very Frustrating Customer Service! No one is willing to help track this down. Order at your own risk!

I've been a loyal customer for years and have permitted the place like it was mine, until now! I purchased a gun safe a while back that arrived damaged, the door was bent badly, it was in middle of the box, which had zero damage, and none of the other panels were damaged so I know it was packaged that way. The safe wouldn't even close, they blew smoke up my keister for months before I finally got a refund and had to throw the thing away. Recently I purchased a water bottle rack for work, never arrived! I purchased another crane and it failed in 6 months so this time I purchased a much more expensive one but it has a short. Took it out of the box and hung it only to find that once it's all the way up it won't come down unless you wiggle the cord and at times you have to unplug it and plug it back in, which is a pain in da azz. They offered me a $159 refund on a $550 item. I didn't buy used I didn't buy reconditioned. Why do I want that? What good is a partial discount on a $550 item that's no good it's been weeks now. They finally sent me a shipping label and said as soon as the return label is scanned the new one will be shipped out well the return label was scanned last week and all I received was the email saying they're gonna close out my case if they don't hear from me within 24 hours, what do I have to do check up every day so they don't close the case so I can get the product I paid for months ago. I'm done with VV. I won't recommend him ever again. All I want is the product I paid for and I want to work or you can give me my money back. I'll go to Harbor freight and buy their cheap Chinese crap cause that's what we were pushing now look at my purchase history and reply here with your fancy excuse as to why I paid $550 or something I can't use and your customer service doesn't wanna help how about supply a number where people can call and talk to people and not have to wait two days for a response but if I don't respond within 24 hours you're closing my case
