This product is not worth the money. It is spinning but wouldn't do the job of moving a 3600 lbs trailer on most surfaces. It leaves tire (skid) marks by spinning in place. It's not powerful enough and a waste of money. We regret purchasing it.

on the third use the stem between the handles and the motor snapped. Previous to that it was hit or miss whether it would work in reverse or not. A pretty big issue for a product designed to pull a trailer. Customer service still has not gotten back to me almost 2 weeks later despite registering a ticket and twice contacting the chat.

Item was dead on arrival - does not work. i have contacted support and they are still getting back to me. It's been a day so far and should not have to wait much longer. I paid a lot for this item, too bad it does not work. I will update my review and ratings reflectively assuming things are corrected in a timely manner.

The handle broke on its first use. Do not buy. I am in general a big fan of VEVOR but this was a massive waste of money.

not happy. wheels spin but won't move my boat

Never got the product. Delivery was promised 12/22/2025. As of 1/14/2026 no product. No refund. Turned it over the PayPal for resolution. Not resolved. Do not recommend VEVOR.
