My only complaint is with the shipping contractor. Ordered this winch, got it to the house, opened the box, only to find just the accessories for the winch and only some of those. The box was destroyed. The winch fell out somewhere between here and Hong Kong. So I got a fair lead and not much else. Contacted Vevor and after several attempts with their AI was able to get the point across that I was missing the main part of my purchase. They finally did send another one, only after I had returned the remnants of the first one. Got that one in and the box was messed up, but found everything to still be in the box. Product review: can’t say to the quality or anything other than the appearance, but it looks robust. It’s rated for way more and is a lot cheaper than the Horbor Freight ones. Will update when I put it to use. By the way, the pictures are of the actual condition of the first box. This is how I received it. I didn’t even have to open it. The last 2 pictures shows how the second one arrived.

Installation: mounted on my 2025 Ford Excursion Limited V-10 4x4 Hammerhead Ranch hand bumper was not easy because the size of the winches control module required cutting out a small section of the front lower left grill. I used the winch to pullout 20 dead boxwood bushes with no issues. If I ever need to use the winch to pull out my Excursion a pray it does the job

Great wench works as it should the remote control I do not like it only operates the wench in short burst.
