Got 2 of these installed on my equipment trailer. Used to pulled containers onto my deck. They had a tough time handling 13000 lbs. One has started to make an awful grinding noise, now the 2nd is starting to do the same. Ive contacted customer service and sent them videos as they asked, now they've ghosted me and wont respond when it comes to warranty. Be warned.

Winch

Kapazität: 8164,8 kg Seiltyp: Stahlseil Seillänge: 25,9 m Verifizierter Kauf

Winch arrived with package damaged and the first time I go to use the winch it’s broken and now I’ve been waiting 2 weeks on customer service. I can’t really review this winch since it’s never worked. The customer service from this company has made me not want to order anything from here ever again.
