Everything seems to be working fine, but I haven't really worked with it yet. Wireless control is a nice feature.

Livraison rapide et bien emballé. parfait, correspond à la description, à l’air solide, à voir dans le temps.

Das Produkt kam zerrupft an. Die beiden Aufhänge-Schlaufen inkl. Schraube, U-Scheiben, Federringe, fehlten. Diese wurden von Vevor nachgeliefert. Diese Schlaufen waren jedoch unsauber / schlecht gebogen und nicht entgratet (Verletzungsgefahr!). Der beigefügte PH1 Schraubendreher ist ungeeignet zum Öffnen des Batteriefaches (PH2-Schraubenköpfe). Daher ziehe ich zwei Sterne in der Qualität ab.

En estos momentos puedo decir que, no ha dado ningún problema, esta funcionando bien y con normalidad. Es un buen producto.

Der Seilanschlag an der Winde ist falsch herum montiert. Bei Seilspannung drück es den Sicherheitsanschlag. Da es falsch vom Werk her montiert bzw. verschweist ist, musste ich es abschneiden.

Works very well and the cordless controller is well worth the extra money. Only tiny little issue is the plastic stop on the cable is a little too small or the opening of the stop gate is a little too small big. When coiling up if you go too far and engage to auto stop feature, the plastic stop can go right thru the gate and get stuck there. You have to manually free it. I have mine in the attic of me garage so that means climbing the ladder and resetting it if that happens. Otherwise it works great and well worth the money.

Bonjour je n arrive pas à jumelé la télécommande sans fil du palan. Même en suivant toutes les étapes... Off et down en même temps ( led rouge et Vert clignote jusqu'à 20 secondes après plus rien) merci de bien vouloir m aider. cordialement Mr keo

⭐ 1/5 – EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – POTENTIALLY UNSAFE ELECTRIC HOIST I am extremely disappointed with both the VEVOR electric hoist and the way VEVOR has handled my complaint. The hoist failed after approximately **3 minutes of use**. It was practically brand new and had only performed **three test lifts with a load of around 10 kg**. After this extremely short period of use, the hoist became **very hot and there was a burning smell**. It then stopped working properly. Now it is **impossible to switch the hoist on**. Every single time I try to start it, it immediately **trips the electrical circuit breaker**. For safety reasons, I will NOT attempt to use it again. In my opinion, an electrical lifting device that overheats, smells burnt and repeatedly trips the circuit breaker could potentially be dangerous. What disappoints me even more is VEVOR's handling of the complaint. I opened **Ticket #3738487** and clearly explained the problem. I asked VEVOR to tell me whether they would **repair the defective hoist, replace it with a new one, or refund my money**. Instead of providing a concrete solution, I keep receiving automated messages informing me that my ticket will soon be marked as **“Solved.”** How can the case be considered solved when: * the hoist is still completely unusable, * it has not been repaired, * it has not been replaced, * and I have not received a refund? This is, in my experience, an extremely poor way to handle a warranty complaint involving a potentially serious electrical fault. A lifting device is equipment where **reliability and safety are extremely important**. A product that fails after only a few minutes of very light use and repeatedly trips the electrical protection is not something I am willing to continue testing. Based on my experience so far, I consider VEVOR's handling of this complaint completely unacceptable. **I currently cannot recommend buying VEVOR equipment to anyone.** If VEVOR eventually resolves this properly by repairing or replacing the defective hoist or providing a refund, I will update this review accordingly.
