Bought this heater to upgrade from my older Aqua Pro 800, 21ft semi inground pool. I was a little skeptical going from an 83000 btu to a 51000 btu heater. But I have to say this heater is quicker and runs less to achieve the same temps. Quick and easy installation. We live in Ohio and less than 48hrs water went from 58 to 88 in 50-60 degree weather and non stop rain. So far no trouble maintaining temps either. Wish it was WiFi capable but can’t have everything at such a great price point.

I live in Southwest Missouri. My husband was able to hook up the heater with no problems. It took 48 hours to take my pool from 63° to 90°. Throughout rain, storms and colder nights. It was still able to maintain the 90° mark. Very satisfied!

So far this unit works well. I've also purchased the extended warranty. However, I have tried to reach Customer Support about getting some extra parts. Like the Pipe Fittings to the unit. They are proprietary to this unit only. So making changes to the pipe lay out is impossible. I asked them 6 days ago via EMail Ticket which is the only means of communication. All I get is generic replies and never addressing what I need. If I had to buy this unit again, I would go elsewhere. I just hope after learning of their lack of care that I don't have any real problems moving forward. Even with an extended warranty.

Instructions for installation were not clear, good thing I had an electrician. Now having issues with it holding the programmed temperature. Using auto, set to 90, but drops down to 86. Still trying to figure out how to stop that. Will update once that’s resolved.

Directions to hook it to wifi ddo not work. Worse if run manually it trips a 60A rated GCFI. Yes, it is wired correctly. Yes, there is a 40A breaker prior to the 60A l9cal isolation panel. Additionally there are multiple conflicts in the wiring information and the #8 wire called for doesn't even fit thru the access panel without modification.

Todella turhauttava laite. Toimitettiin rikkinäisellä puhaltimella ja asiakaspalvelu syyttää asiakasta ja vain selvittää asiaa, jatkunut muutaman viikon hiljaisuus eli yrittää jos unohtaisin asian. Yhdestä kuvasta asiakaspalvelu ei löytänyt edes vikaa ja sitten kun siipi hajosi lopullisesti niin lopettivat vastaamisen. Myöskin laitteen teho on vaatimaton, noin tuhat litraa vettä rupeaa jäähtymään kesäyössä. Tällä kokemuksella ja erityisesti asiakaspalvelulla on viimeinen ostos Vevorista.

When I ordered the product it said it would arrive june 4th. On June 8th I reached out and they had no idea where it was. Same day the updated the tracking information to show it 2 hours from my house. It was there for over a week with no updates. When I finally asked for a refund it magically was delivered the next day. Last time I purchase from them.
