Système performant et de qualité je l’ai installé pour une télévision de grande taille dans un meuble bois fait maison et cela fonctionne parfaitement.

2 big flaws: 1.) Unit didn't come with brackets to mount a top or bottom piece to hide the TV so I had to fab my own. 2.) constantly needs to recalibrate so you need to make sure to build the unit into a cabinet at absolute zero. Which sucks. Was hoping with the memory feature it would just work but when it needs a calibration it has to zero out at lowest setting. Supper annoy!!!

Je suis déçu car dans le descriptif de l'article ainsi que dans le manuel d'utilisateur il est ecrit que le support s'ajuste en hauteur et en angle donc qu'il y a 2 moteurs mais c'est faux il n'y a qu'un moteur pour ajuster en angle. aucun ajustement en hauteur n'est possible avec la télécommande comme il est ecrit. Pour moi c'est de la fausse publicité.

Fonctionne parfaitement. Le seul hic est que la télécommande ouvre et ferme complètement alors que la télécommande filaire enregistre des positions prédéfini Impossible d'ouvrir sur des hauteur prédéfinis avec la téléphone et ca c'est nul. Il faut l'arrêter manuellement en rappuyant sur stp

Ce produit était très bien jusqu’à ce jour ! Malheureusement au bout de trois mois, il fait un bruit de grincement totalement insupportable. C est arrivé progressivement en une semaine. C est vraiment dommage car le produit paraît très solide et qualitatif. Bien pensé et bien construit. J ai essayé de lubrifier les roulements mais rien n’y fait. Je demande le remplacement à Vevor en espérant que le service relation clientèle soit à la hauteur. Il est donné pour 40kg et l écran 55 pouces fait seulement 17kg… J espère que Vevor va m’en adresser un nouveau rapidement

The product itself seems pretty solid and well made. Installed for only 1 month. As far as Vevor customer service and some of the features go....not happy at all. First off, all you get when you engage online with Vevor customer support are literally call center agents who know NOTHING about any of the products. Zero help. They just tell you that you'll get an email in 2-3 days. Anyways, the company sucks. The TV lift came with a CRAPPY REMOTE that only had the up, stop and down functions. No memory button so you can access a certain preset height...isn't it one of the features of modern tv and lift systems that you can operate it all by remote. The only way to choose preset heights is to use the stupid little WIRED remote that has to be within like 2-3 feet from the lift. Anyways, considering how easy it would be to make a half decent remote it just speaks for the overall thought into the product and customer service. Sub-par at best. Hopefully the lift mechanism actually holds up for a decent amount of time...who knows.

Super stabil, hochwertig,.gut zu bedienen, läuft gut und leise. ABER Es hat keine Sicherheitsabschaltung. Läuft es irgendwo gegen,.weil zb der Monitor nicht richtig eingeklappt ist, schaltet der Motor nicht ab....er drückt so lange und mit aller Kraft weiter, bis er sich Platz gemacht hat Mega gefährlich,.nicht nur weil Dinge beschädigt werden könnte sondern weil man sich selbst damit ernsthaft verletzen könnte. Daher kann ich nur einen Stern geben.

Horrible product. False advertisement and impossible to return. I should have trusted the fact that I couldn’t find any video reviews for this product.
