This company is a joke. They refused to take this item back even though I never used it. They have a picture of it (see below) as small device on a kitchen counter. this thing is almost 50lbs. do not buy from this company. pay a little extra with the ability to return if the item is not what you want. they kept insisting that it was clearly marked as 50lbs but it's only in one of the pictures and the buried in the specifications. that does not even matter. it's still in the box unused ?! just take it back ?! I am the customer. never heard of such a thing. Plan to have my sister who works for a major newspaper do a big article on this sham of a company.

VEVOR Electric Grain Mill Grinder-WetAndDry *** NO HELP *** Stay way from this product, am in the process of sending it back. No Instruction-Absolutely no instruction, how to put them together....reached out to customer service......chat response....we have marked your message urgent, somebody will get back to you........nobody ever got back The dry stone broken in shipment---------reached out to customer service......chat response....we have marked your message urgent, somebody will get back to you........nobody ever got back............... Need item returned......just now reached out to customer service......chat response....we have forwarded message to the team, somebody will get back in 1-2 days....... Since the dry stone was broken I thought I would check out the wet stone, guess what, that's the wrong stone, its too big to fit into the compartment, guess they shipped the wrong stones.............I didnt even report this, because their customer support is a joke with no help what so ever, hence decided to return. STAY AWAY for your own sanity.....for those who already got this machine try the wet stone to make sure it fits / works Am attaching two pictures, the broken dry stone and the one that the compartment wont close with the wet stone as its too big.

Came damaged! Poor Steel quality. It's been two days that vevor not reply for refund.

This is highly disappointing to use product - It has everything (Noisy, Tight Nob, etc.) except good quality flour. I raised a return request and the customer service said - they will figure out the technical support. Awaiting for the same.

Colis reçu non endommagé a l'extérieur mais a l'intérieur tout était défoncés que ce soit le polystyrène ou l'emballage, de plus énormément de résidus de ferraille dans la trémie et au niveau des meules, fonctionne une fois sur deux

The machine did not serve purpose of purchase, will like to do a return because I could not use it at all not easy to assemble And use.

Highly disappointed in the purchase and a waste of money.Got damaged the first day I used it, it brought out flames and burnt that I couldn’t use it at all for the purpose I needed it for. I had read the reviews before I purchased it but it’s a total waste of money. I could have returned it but I don’t have the box anymore . I won’t recommend this for anyone because it’s doesn’t serve purp

Do not buy this grinder if you value peace of mind. It’s poorly designed and not user-friendly at all. I had trouble using and even assembling it. It arrived with rusty parts, and the return and refund process was a nightmare — it took weeks of back-and-forth communication, and I still didn’t receive a full refund. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Used it twice. And it BROKE. Bought for a friend. As gift for his birthday.

Not grinding to fine powder No response for parts from Seller, horrible customer service, will be a paper weight if stone breaks/wore out.
