Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR 750g elektrische Getreidemühle, Hochgeschwindigkeits-Gewürzmühlen mit 2000 W, Pulverisiermaschine aus Edelstahl, für trockene Körner, Gewürze, Müsli, Kaffee, Mais, Pfeffer, Schwenktyp

I’m very disappointed with this experience. The equipment stopped working within a month of purchase, and I submitted a warranty repair request over a week ago with no response. I also tried reaching out through live chat and received the same lack of follow-up. If you’re manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment, timely support and repair service should be a priority. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

This item arrived damaged and I've received little to no communication from the manufacturer. I do NOT recommend this product or company

This items is poorly assembled, I can smell metal when using it and also if seed I grind. Screws tightening upper part to motor are crooked, visible with dark material inside, very nasty. I would not recommend it. I have tried to return it before using it and was asked for pictures, photos so someone can call to fix it even though I explained the problem.

.. à éviter +++

I haven’t received the item. Please contact me

Worst equipment

Item never worked and customer service is just AI chatbots that never get anything done. Extremely frustrating

I got this to grind wheat for homemade bread. I ground no more than 2 cups of grain per use and it stopped working after the 3rd use.

Leider vollkommen unbrauchbar.

The grinder is really impressive in terms of speed. I could grind coffee and wheat in a fraction of the time ive needed with any other tool. Unfortunately the grinder burnt out after less than 10 uses in about a month and a half. I trouble shot it. Its dead. VERY disappointing.
