I purchased a lemon. The cover never fitted the mill, and everything spills. I have now been in contact with Customer Service approximately 40 times and So far I have not been able to return the item. Everyday an email comes in postponing me another 48 hours. I am within my 30 days return period yet the company is not honouring their own return policy. This is the 8th day I have attempted to get permission to return the mill and a return address, and nothing. Buyers beware. This company has the worst return policy.

purchased 1 month ago, already giving us issues and malfunctioning. We're hoping this is just a bad piece and Vevor will do the right thing and replace it.

it broke in 3 days and now vevor is giving me a really hard time to get a refund. this is not how you maintain customers long term. Second prodcut from vevor that breaks down and they are not accepting return. Looks like strategy is selling very cheap stuff that breaks easily to lower cost and always denying refunds when customers find out. People will eventually figure that out

Hi I ordered this product in May 2026. Today sparkles came from bottom while using and stoped working. Very disappointed.

While the initial acknowledgment of my service request was prompt, the technical support response was slow and did not meet the timelines stated on the company’s website. When they finally replied, I chose to request a refund rather than accept an exchange. A product failure on first use, combined with delayed support, led to that decision. We replaced the unit with a competitor’s brand that offers a telephone support line and access to a live representative. Although it cost more, the product performs exceptionally well. Their customer service team is knowledgeable, responsive, and able to answer usage questions without difficulty. They speak fluent English, and the manual is clearly written and easy to understand. Additionally, the service manual was poorly translated from Chinese to English. Inaccurate or awkward translations always raise concerns about whether the writer fully understands the product they are describing.
