Bought this meat slicer about a month and a half ago. Used it appr 3 times and it got louder as we went. Stopped using it because it is so loud and no sure if something is wrong with it or not

Worked well for about one year then it started sparking and blowing smoke then just stopped working. Try to use the technical support refund service but the automated message suggests I don’t qualify for a refund. Very disappointed.

Koupi jsem přístroj 20.7.2026- Přišel poškozený 21.7.26 jsem oznámil poškození 22.7.26 jsem odeslal zvuk který přístroj vydává 24.7.26 Technik VEVORu zjistil závbadu poškozený řemen 28.7.26 informace že byl odeslán řemen 5.8.26 jsem napsal že řemen ještě nedorazil 7.8.26 informace, že řemen došel do skladu ( asi VEVORu) a je hned odeslán 11.8.26 informace balik se ztratil a jiný nebudou posílat. nabídka na vrácení části peněz za poškozený řemen. Opravu si mám sehnat v okolí bydliště. 15.8.26 nemám peníze ,ale mám doma nový špatně fungující přístroj . Opraváře nemůžu sehnat jestli ho seženu nevím kolik bude stýt oprava a jak prokážu ,že je v záruce? Děkuji

Je viens de recevoir la trancheuse A priori, nickel, mais …… Comment se fait-il que je reçois une machine qui a une prise américaine et qu’elle est avec une tension maxi 120 volts alors que j’ai fait un achat en France et je suis domicilié en France. Grosse erreur de la part de Vevor je suis très déçu pour une première commande. Pierre qu’on va me le me la reprendre très rapidement sans aucun frais de ma part Et à recevoir la nouvelle également très rapidement Merci de prendre en compte ce commentaire

I paid for this machine two time. The first order: I paid for machine with price of $850 USD, but the Vevor did not send me the ordered item ( its Meat Slicer), but the sent me the sewer cleaning machine with value of $399.00. Many time I tried to contact with them, but the issue has not done yet. during waiting time, I ordered the second order with the same item. This time I was carefully open the box and checked item. luckily this time they sent me right item that I ordered. But the machine has problem with cutting plate. it was damaged ( see the picture)

It arrived broken. There is an hole in the top and a chip on the bottom, with no debris in the box so it was clearly packaged broken. I contacted customer service for a return/refund and there is no response after several days. I will never order from Vevor again. Stay away. Their products and customer service are garbage.

I have been trying to return a wrong order that was sent to me. No luck getting a response that means something. I need to return this item for a refund. But no one helps. wtf horrible customer service. Pissed customer. Shitty company. Want melt money back yesterday? Pathetic the way you are handling this.
